PRIVATE CARE MATCH EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- Pass a Criminal Background Check
- Obtain Professional Liability Insurance
- Professional Certificate/License
- Covid-19 Vaccination (waiver accepted)
- Must have at least 5 years' experience in Private Duty/In Home Care (Cannot be a family member)
- Current Driver's License
- Auto Insurance
- Valid Social Security Card
- Current CPR Certification
